Home Sweet Home: Clarifying the Differences Between Home Schooling, Distance Education and Learning- at-Home during COVID-19 Lockdowns

Home Schooling, Distance Education, and the government-mandated "Learning-at-Home" phenomenon for Australia's school children during the COVID-19 lockdowns are all different educational modes. Australia's State Government Education Ministers and the national media regularly interchanged these 3 terms, and indicated an ignorance of the 3 types of learning methods. This paper defines all three and describes the differences between them.
